ANS is a non-custodial interface for registering and managing .abs names. We do not store private keys or access your funds. We only collect limited data needed to operate the website and improve the experience.

• Wallet address and on-chain activity related to ANS usage.
• Basic analytics data via Vercel Analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from IP).
• Optional communications you send to us through community channels.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the site, provide requested features, improve performance, and detect abuse. We do not sell personal data.

5. Legal Basis

For EU/EEA/UK visitors, our legal bases are legitimate interests (operating and improving the service, security, and analytics). If we ever use consent-based features, we will ask for consent where required.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which is designed to be cookie-free. It processes aggregated traffic data and a short-lived request hash to distinguish visits. We do not use advertising cookies.

We share data only with service providers who help operate the site (analytics, hosting, and infrastructure). We may disclose information if required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain analytics and operational data only as long as needed to operate and improve ANS, and then delete or aggregate it. On-chain data is public and permanent by design.

Our service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards.

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

You can disconnect your wallet at any time. For analytics cookies, you can use browser controls or privacy tools to limit tracking.

ANS may be accessed globally. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in different jurisdictions.
